China Yuchai International Limited announced on Aug, 31 2026 that its indirect subsidiary, Guangxi Yuchai Marine and Genset Power Co., Ltd. (MGP), has submitted a renewal application to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for a proposed listing on the Main Board.

The new filing follows the expiry of MGP’s original application lodged on Jan, 27 2026, which lapsed after the six-month validity period set by Hong Kong listing rules. The renewal application is considered a continuation of the initial submission.

Approval of the application remains subject to review by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and other regulators, as well as prevailing market conditions. The company stated that there is no assurance regarding the timing or certainty of the potential listing.

The filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission incorporates MGP’s audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025 and the six months ended Jun, 30 2026, along with selected risk factors, business overview, share capital details and other disclosures. China Yuchai International Limited noted it released its own unaudited consolidated financial results for the six months ended Jun, 30 2026 on Aug, 7 2026.

The company emphasized that the Form 6-K does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any securities.
