Crocodile (New) (00122) has announced changes to its board composition. Mr. Lin Jiankang retired from his position as an executive director at the conclusion of the company's Annual General Meeting held on May 27, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Zeng Yongbang was appointed as an executive director and as a member of the Executive Committee, effective from May 27, 2026.
