City Developments (C09) said it has mailed the Letter to Preference Shareholders dated May, 22 2026, detailing the terms of its previously announced off-market equal access offer to purchase its non-redeemable convertible non-cumulative preference shares.

The package, which includes the required acceptance forms, was sent to all registered preference shareholders and holders whose shares are lodged with The Central Depository. Shareholders who do not receive the documents within one week may request replacements from CDP or the company’s share registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services, ahead of the offer’s closing date.

An electronic version of the letter is also available on the Singapore Exchange website and the company’s investor relations portal. City Developments first announced the off-market equal access offer on May, 12 2026.
