CITIC Limited announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 28 August 2026. The meeting’s agenda includes:

• Approving the consolidated financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and authorizing their publication.

• Deliberating on the declaration and payment of an interim dividend for the 2026 financial year.

The announcement was signed by Joint Company Secretaries Ricky Choy Wing Kay and Zhang Yunting on 17 August 2026 in Hong Kong. As of that date, the Board comprises three executive directors—Chairman Xi Guohua, Zhang Wenwu and Wang Guoquan; four non-executive directors—Li Yi, Yue Xuekun, Yang Xiaoping and Li Zimin; and five independent non-executive directors—Anthony Francis Neoh, Francis Siu Wai Keung, Dr. Xu Jinwu, Toshikazu Tagawa and Chen Yuyu.
