On August 22, BYD's News Anti-fraud Office announced that the company has recently taken legal measures, including filing lawsuits, against 12 online accounts that published false and malicious defamatory information. These accounts include "How Steel Was Forged" and "Dao Fa Zi Ran," among others.

BYD also stated that to further curb online malicious public relations activities, the company reiterates its offer of rewards ranging from 50,000 yuan to 5 million yuan for eligible tip providers. This reward program remains effective long-term.
