HASHKEY HLDGS announced that its asset management arm, HashKey Capital Investment, acting through the HashKey Fintech Multi-Strategy Fund IV LP (the Fund, which is not a member company of the Group), has entered into an investment agreement with SignalPlus. Under this agreement, the Fund will lead a Series B+ investment round in SignalPlus with a total cash investment of $40 million, of which the Group will contribute $20 million in cash.

SignalPlus is a leading institutional-grade infrastructure platform in the crypto derivatives sector, specializing in options trading systems, automated market making, and structured product solutions. Its services are deeply integrated into the global mainstream crypto options markets, with a leading market share in Asia.

The Group's managed fund was the lead investor in SignalPlus's seed round and has supported its development from the early stages, with continued follow-on investments in subsequent rounds. This latest investment further deepens the long-standing collaborative relationship between the parties and reflects the company's ongoing confidence in SignalPlus's technological capabilities, market position, and industry prospects.

Leveraging this investment and strategic partnership, the Group and SignalPlus will combine their respective strengths in digital asset industry chain positioning and derivatives trading technology to jointly expand the global institutional services market. This collaboration aims to enhance the strategic competitiveness and influence of both parties within the global digital asset derivatives ecosystem.
