On 22 July 2026, Xiaomi Corporation disclosed minor share issuance and continued execution of its share-repurchase programme, according to a Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Issued share change • Xiaomi allotted 30,000 weighted-voting right (Class B) ordinary shares to non-director participants under an employee share scheme at HKD 2.70 per share. • The move increased Class B shares in issue to 21.40 billion, up 0.0001%. • Combined Class A and Class B issued shares (excluding treasury stock) stood at 25.84 billion as of 21 July 2026.

Ongoing buybacks • Between 3 June and 22 July 2026 the company repurchased 87.32 million Class B shares that are yet to be cancelled, equal to 0.34% of issued shares on the repurchase-mandate date (2 June 2026). • Repurchase prices ranged from HKD 21.46 to HKD 28.65, implying an estimated aggregate outlay of about HKD 2.24 billion. • The latest daily buyback on 22 July 2026 involved 1.88 million shares at HKD 26.60–26.76, costing HKD 49.99 million.

Mandate utilisation and capacity • Xiaomi is authorised to repurchase up to 2.58 billion shares. • After the above transactions, 87.32 million shares have been bought back, leaving 2.50 billion shares, or 97%, of the mandate unused.

Regulatory notes • The company confirmed all issuances and repurchases complied with Hong Kong listing rules and applicable laws. • A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales applies until 21 August 2026 following the latest buyback.
