RSUN SER (01971) has issued an announcement that Ms. Chen Zhuoman (Ms. Chen) has resigned as Joint Company Secretary of the Company and will no longer serve as the Company's authorized representative (Authorized Representative) under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Listing Rules) and as the process agent for accepting legal process and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong (Process Agent) under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from October 19, 2026.

The Board further announces that Ms. Liu Chang (Ms. Liu) has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative and Process Agent, with effect from October 19, 2026.

Following the above changes, Mr. Jia Hongbo (Mr. Jia) will continue to serve as the other Joint Company Secretary.
