KWG Group Holdings Limited announced that the High Court has again deferred the hearing of the winding-up petition against the company. The session, originally scheduled for 22 June 2026, has now been rescheduled to 14 December 2026.

The company referred to earlier disclosures dated 13 August 2025, 22 October 2025, 3 December 2025, 8 December 2025, and 9 March 2026, noting that all defined terms remain consistent with those prior announcements.

Management stated that further updates on material developments related to the petition will be released as appropriate. The board currently comprises seven directors, chaired by Mr. Kong Jianmin, with Mr. Kong Jiantao serving as Chief Executive Officer. Independent non-executive directors are Mr. Tam Chun Fai, Mr. Law Yiu Wing, Patrick, and Ms. Wong Man Ming, Melinda.
