Jiangsu Province Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China Mobile

On December 17, Jiangsu Province signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Mobile Communications Group. Provincial Party Secretary Xin Changxing and Governor Liu Xiaotao met with China Mobile Chairman Chen Zhongyue and his delegation.

Xin Changxing and Liu Xiaotao expressed gratitude for China Mobile's long-standing contributions to Jiangsu's development. Xin emphasized that Jiangsu is currently deepening its implementation of the guiding principles from the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the Central Economic Work Conference. The province is committed to advancing intelligent, green, and integrated development, building a modern industrial system anchored by advanced manufacturing, and accelerating the cultivation of new productive forces.

In this process, digital and intelligent technologies play a crucial enabling role. Xin expressed hope that both sides would effectively implement the new strategic cooperation agreement, deepening collaboration in digital infrastructure, cutting-edge technology research, industrial transformation, and large-scale application of new scenarios to better serve national development.

Chen Zhongyue stated that China Mobile has significantly expanded its industrial presence and innovation efforts in Jiangsu in recent years, achieving substantial results. He pledged to leverage the company's strengths to support Jiangsu's integration of technological and industrial innovation, further expanding cooperation in related fields to foster new growth drivers and sustain Jiangsu's leadership in high-quality development.

Provincial leaders Chu Yonghong and Shen Jianrong, along with China Mobile Vice President Chen Huaida, attended related events.
