Mongolian Mining Corporation increased its issued share capital on 22 April 2026 through the allotment of 66,500 ordinary shares following employee option exercises under the June 2021 Share Option Scheme. The new shares, priced at HKD 3.26 each, enlarged the share count by 0.0064% to 1.04 billion shares.

On the same day, the company executed an on-market buyback of 195,000 shares within a price range of HKD 10.09–10.18, for a total consideration of HKD 1.98 million. These shares are earmarked for cancellation and form part of the group’s existing repurchase mandate approved on 26 May 2025, which authorises the repurchase of up to 103.35 million shares. Cumulative purchases under the mandate now stand at 6.95 million shares, representing 0.67% of the company’s issued share base at the time the mandate was granted.

Including earlier transactions in March and early April that are pending cancellation, Mongolian Mining has 2.59 million repurchased shares—about 0.25% of current issued shares—awaiting cancellation. The company is restricted from issuing further new shares until 22 May 2026 due to the 30-day moratorium triggered by the latest buyback.
