SWHY (06806) announced that its subsidiary, Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. ("Shenwan Hongyuan Securities"), has recently received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) regarding the "Reply on Agreeing to the Registration of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd.'s Public Issuance of Short-term Corporate Bonds to Professional Investors" (CSRC License [2025] No. 2123).

According to the approval, the CSRC has agreed to Shenwan Hongyuan Securities' registration application for the public issuance of short-term corporate bonds with a face value balance not exceeding RMB 30 billion to professional investors. The issuance of the relevant short-term corporate bonds must be conducted strictly in accordance with the prospectus submitted to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The aforementioned approval is valid for 24 months from the date of registration approval (September 18, 2025).
