Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced on Aug, 11 2026 that it had repurchased 26,000 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation, spending approximately 2.21 million Singapore dollars.

Following the cancellation, the group’s issued share capital stands at 293.803 million ordinary shares, each carrying one vote. The company holds no treasury shares.

Shareholders may use the updated total voting-rights figure as the denominator when assessing disclosure obligations under the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the company added.
