China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation reported that effective 31 October 2025, Mr. Liu Yuanzhang ceased to serve as the assistant to president, secretary to the Board, and joint company secretary due to work re-arrangement. According to the announcement, Mr. Liu confirmed there was no disagreement with the Board, and no issues need to be brought to shareholders’ attention.

The company expressed gratitude for Mr. Liu’s contributions. Following his departure, Ms. Ng Sau Mei, who meets relevant professional requirements, will remain in office as company secretary.
