The surge follows the official announcement of the Create 2026 Baidu AI Developer Conference, scheduled for May 13–14 in Beijing under the theme "All in One." This year’s event, themed "All in One," will for the first time combine the "Create Baidu AI Developer Conference" with the "Cloud Intelligence Summit," focusing on three core highlights: breakthroughs in Baidu Intelligent Cloud's AI Infra and Agent Infra technologies, productivity tools for "super individuals," and the full-scenario intelligent experience of the Lobster product suite. Huaxin Securities noted that the company’s Q4 2025 earnings report clearly demonstrated the success of its "AI-Core" strategy, with AI business not only growing rapidly in revenue but also accounting for over 40% of total revenue, becoming the primary growth driver. J.P. Morgan also highlighted that market focus has shifted from traditional search monetization to whether Baidu can establish itself as a reliable listed platform for AI infrastructure investment through its AI cloud and Kunlun chips.
