He stated that Chery has successfully developed competitive fuel-powered vehicles and is now equally confident in creating a series of popular new energy models, transforming from a latecomer to a major player in the market.

The Fengyun T11, the brand’s first flagship SUV since its renewal, began pre-sales on October 13. Positioned as an "intelligent six-seater flagship SUV," it offers four variants with a starting pre-sale price of 199,900 yuan. Official data shows 17,566 orders locked within 24 hours and 22,678 within 48 hours.

Yin Tongyue remarked that his only dissatisfaction with the Fengyun T11 is its price—while the product is luxurious, the price does not reflect that luxury. "I’m genuinely concerned that our customers might feel embarrassed buying such a high-quality car at such a low price," he joked.

He emphasized that Fengyun aims to redefine intelligent electric luxury vehicles for Chinese consumers, offering premium yet affordable cars. The launch of the Fengyun T11 marks just the beginning, with Chery planning to introduce more models like the Fengyun A9L and T11, pioneering a path toward accessible luxury and value innovation for global users.
