China Huarong Energy Company Limited (“Huarong Energy”) has terminated its Hong Kong Share Registrar Agreement with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, effective 20 June 2026.

The company is seeking a new share registrar and will provide an update once a replacement is confirmed. Until then, shareholder registration queries will be handled directly by Huarong Energy through a dedicated contact number, email, and mailing address.
