Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) has ordered the suspension of trading in Aidewei Construction Group (06189) shares effective 9:00 am on July 16, 2025. This directive follows HKEX's July 4 determination that the company failed to meet continuing listing requirements under Rule 13.24 of the Listing Rules.

Regulators concluded Aidewei lacks sufficient business operations and assets of adequate value to sustain its activities, thereby violating Rule 13.24.
