On August 20, according to disciplinary authorities, Sha Longyun, the former Party Secretary and President of the Jilin Branch of Agricultural Bank Of China Limited (601288), is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law.

He is currently undergoing disciplinary review by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission's dispatched disciplinary inspection group to the bank, as well as a supervisory investigation by the Changchun Municipal Supervisory Commission in Jilin Province.
