Ourgame International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 6899) has announced plans to forfeit unclaimed dividends declared in 2014. According to the announcement, any final dividend declared in 2014 but not claimed for six years will be forfeited and revert to the company on 5 February 2026.

The 2014 final dividend was declared on 14 May 2015 at RMB0.064 per share, with a total of HK$162.40 remaining unclaimed. Eligible shareholders who have yet to receive or cash in their dividend payments are advised to contact the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by 4:30 p.m. on 5 February 2026.
