06/03

Mongolian Mining Corporation reported that all key share capital parameters remained stable in May 2026 except for a targeted share cancellation that trimmed the issued base.

• Authorised share capital stayed unchanged at 1.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.10, equivalent to USD 150.00 million.

• Issued shares declined by 3.13 million to 1.03 billion after the company cancelled shares previously repurchased between 18 March and 29 April 2026. The cancellation, completed on 12 May 2026, was executed at an average price of HKD 10.3001 per share. No treasury shares were outstanding at month-end.

• Public float remained compliant with Hong Kong listing requirements. The company confirmed that free float exceeded the 22.3 percent minimum prescribed at listing.

• Share-based incentives were static. The stock option scheme carried 15.42 million outstanding options at an exercise price of HKD 3.26. No options were granted, exercised, cancelled, or lapsed during the month.

The monthly adjustments leave Mongolian Mining with 1.03 billion issued shares and unchanged authorised capital, positioning the company with a leaner share structure going into June 2026.
