Following the transfer, the firm's treasury share balance fell to 32,661 from 36,769, reducing its treasury shareholding to 0.0011% of issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) from 0.0013% previously.

The transferred shares carried no value, as they comprised bonus shares issued at nil consideration under the one-for-10 bonus issue announced on Apr, 26 2024.
