Wharf Real Estate Investment Company Limited (Wharf REIC) has announced that any portion of its HK$0.78 per-share first interim dividend for 2020 that remains unclaimed on 7 October 2026 will be forfeited and will revert to the company, in accordance with Article 140 of its Second Amended and Restated Articles of Association.

Shareholders who have not yet received or encashed the relevant dividend warrants must contact the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) no later than 4:30 p.m. on 6 October 2026 to secure payment.

The dividend was originally declared on 30 July 2020. If unclaimed by the stated deadline, the funds will be absorbed by Wharf REIC and will no longer be available to shareholders. The notification was issued by Company Secretary Kevin C. Y. Hui on behalf of the Board on 7 September 2026.
