ALMANA announced that shareholders approved a special resolution to change the company’s name at the Special General Meeting (SGM) held on 28 May 2026 in Hong Kong.

A total of 113.87 million shares were eligible to vote. Of the votes cast, 62.04 million shares—representing 100% of those voted—supported the name-change proposal, with zero votes against. As the approval exceeded the required 50% threshold, the resolution was duly passed.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited acted as the independent scrutineer for the poll. All members of the board, including Co-Chairmen Cheung Chi Wing and Jin Guangwu, attended the meeting. The company confirmed there were no treasury shares, voting restrictions, or stated shareholder objections.

Details regarding the effective date of the new company name will be announced separately upon completion of the relevant filings and registrations with the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda and Hong Kong.
