(1) Regarding the express logistics business, since 2025, the company has implemented an "Activate Operations" mechanism, achieving a relatively high growth rate in business volume, which has driven network capacity expansion and operational model optimization. To further enhance its business structure, the company introduced an advanced "Activate Operations" mechanism in the third quarter of 2025, shifting from scale-driven to value-driven growth. This involves gradually and dynamically adjusting market strategies to ensure high-quality business expansion. Thanks to the effective implementation of these operational strategies, the company's business structure has continued to improve, with the average revenue per express logistics ticket showing a year-on-year recovery for two consecutive months.
