In an effort to streamline its management framework, consolidate resources, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce administrative costs, Estun Automation Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 002747) has announced plans to absorb and merge with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nanjing Estun Automatic Control Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Estun Automatic Control").

Following the completion of this merger, the legal entity status of Estun Automatic Control will be dissolved. The company will assume all operations, assets, liabilities, debts, and other rights and obligations of the subsidiary.
