Pokfulam Development Company Limited has announced that its 2025/2026 Interim Report is now accessible online in both English and Chinese.

The document can be viewed under the “Investor Relationship” section of the company’s website (www.pokfulam.com.hk) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who prefer hard copies may submit the designated request form to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label for local postage is provided on the form.

Shareholders are encouraged to supply functional email addresses to their intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians or nominees) to facilitate electronic communication. If no valid email or postal address is provided via HKSCC Nominees Limited, no further notification letters regarding corporate communications will be issued.

A printed-copy request will remain effective for all future corporate communications until the end of the next financial year, unless revoked or replaced.
