The notice is valid for two years from the date of issuance. During this period, China Resources Pharmaceutical Holdings may issue medium-term notes in installments with a total amount of 5 billion yuan. If the proposed issuance proceeds as planned, the net proceeds are expected to be used primarily to supplement working capital, repay interest-bearing debts, and for other purposes in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
