Haw Par Corporation Limited announced on Dec, 31 2025 that its indirect wholly-owned unit, Underwater World Singapore Pte Ltd, has been struck off the Register of Companies by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.

The strike-off, effected under Section 344A of the Companies Act 1967, is not expected to have any material impact on the group’s earnings per share or net asset value per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2025.
