China Everbright Water Limited (the “Company”) has announced that, effective 2 February 2026, two senior management members will relinquish their roles due to an internal management restructuring. According to the Company’s announcement, Executive Director and Vice President, Mr. Wang Yuexing, will step down from his position and from the Strategy Committee on that date. He will continue to support the Company as a Senior Advisor. Mr. Wang has confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and no other matters that require disclosure.

On the same date, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Song Libin will also relinquish his role. The Company indicates that there are no concerns regarding its financial reporting, and Mr. Song has confirmed no disagreements with the Board. While the search for a new CFO or equivalent is underway, the Company’s General Manager of the Finance Management Department, Ms. Ge Dan, will work alongside Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Xiong Jianping, to oversee financial matters. The Company expressed gratitude to both Mr. Wang and Mr. Song for their contributions.
