Fineland Living Services has released its interim results for the first half of 2026, recording a profit attributable to shareholders of 8.391 million yuan, a notable turnaround from the loss of 5.999 million yuan reported in the same period last year.
The company generated revenue of 161 million yuan for the period, reflecting a decline of 4.5% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share stood at 2.10 cents.
According to the interim report, the decrease in revenue was primarily driven by a reduction of approximately 1.7 million yuan in revenue generated from property management services, alongside a 5.1 million yuan drop in revenue from value-added services during the period.
