C&D INTL GROUP (01908) announced that, based on a preliminary review of the Group's unaudited consolidated management accounts for the year ended December 31, 2025, the cumulative contracted sales amount attributable to the Company's equity holders, together with its joint ventures and associates, for the year reached approximately RMB 90.93 billion. The cumulative contracted sales gross floor area attributable to the Company's equity holders was approximately 3.653 million square meters, representing year-on-year decreases of about 12.0% and 27.6%, respectively.
