According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 29, shareholders of HAITIAN FLAV (03288) transferred shares from Goldman Sachs (Asia) Securities to Citibank, with a transfer market value of HK$346 million, representing 3.47% of the company's shares.

HAITIAN FLAV's interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025 showed that the group achieved operating revenue of 15.23 billion yuan, up 7.6% year-on-year. Condiment business revenue reached 14.56 billion yuan, up 10.4% year-on-year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 3.91 billion yuan, up 13.3% year-on-year, with earnings per share of 0.7 yuan.
