The board of VISEN PHARMA-B (02561) has announced the appointment of three new non-executive directors.

Following approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting, the appointments of Mr. Roy Paul Khoury, Ms. Sherrie Lynn Glass, and Mr. Michael J. Chang have taken effect.

Their appointments as non-executive directors became effective from June 26, 2026.
