Tencent Holdings Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 18 November 2026. The agenda includes approval of the unaudited financial results for the three- and nine-month periods ended 30 September 2026 and deliberation on a potential dividend distribution.

The meeting will be chaired by Ma Huateng, who serves as both Chairman and Executive Director. The current Board comprises one Executive Director (Ma Huateng), two Non-Executive Directors (Jacobus Petrus [Koo]s Bekker and Charles St Leger Searle), and five Independent Non-Executive Directors (Li Dong Sheng, Ian Charles Stone, Yang Siu Shun, Ke Yang, and Zhang Xiulan).
