Alphamab Oncology Maintains Steady Share Base in April 2026, Confirms Adequate Public Float

For the month ended 30 April 2026, Alphamab Oncology reported no movements in either authorised or issued share capital. Authorised capital remained at 25.10 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.000002 each, equivalent to USD 50,200 in total.

The company closed April with 968.57 million issued shares (excluding 5.72 million treasury shares), leaving the total issued share count unchanged at 974.29 million. No new shares were issued, no treasury shares were cancelled or transferred, and no funds were raised from option exercises during the month.

Alphamab Oncology confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent of issued shares (excluding treasury shares).

Share-based incentives showed limited activity: • Pre-IPO Share Option Plan I – 9.21 million options outstanding; no grants or exercises. • Pre-IPO Share Option Plan II – 4.84 million options outstanding; no grants or exercises. • Post-IPO Share Option Plan – 1.11 million options outstanding after 18,000 options lapsed; 448,000 shares remain available for future issue under this plan.

The overall Scheme Mandate Limit, refreshed on 12 June 2024, allows up to 96.49 million shares for issuance, comprising both unissued shares and lapsed award shares held in trust. No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements were exercised or utilised in April.

Consequently, Alphamab Oncology’s share capital structure and treasury share balance were unchanged throughout the month, reinforcing stability in its equity base while maintaining regulatory compliance.
