PC Partner Group Limited updates board composition and committee roles

PC Partner Group Limited (PCT) announced an updated list of directors and their respective roles as of Dec, 22 2025.

The board now comprises six executive directors—Wong Shik Ho Tony (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), Wong Fong Pak (Executive Vice President), Leung Wah Kan (Chief Operation Officer), Ho Nai Nap, Man Wai Hung—and eight independent non-executive directors: Chan Yim, Chua Ser Miang, Jason Goh Hseng Wei, Kong Chee Keong, Alicia Kwan Xiuying, Prof. Low Teck Seng (Lead Independent Non-executive Director) and Teo Chun-Wei, Benedict.

Committee leadership was also confirmed. Chua Ser Miang chairs the Audit Committee, Chan Yim chairs the Remuneration Committee, and Prof. Low Teck Seng leads the Nomination Committee. Wong Shik Ho Tony heads the Executive Committee.

All appointments took effect on Dec, 22 2025.
