On March 31, SANY INT'L released its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The group achieved revenue of RMB 24.334 billion, an increase of 11.06% year-on-year. Profit attributable to owners of the parent company was RMB 1.779 billion, a significant increase of 61.47% compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share were RMB 0.51. The board proposed a final dividend of HKD 0.35 per ordinary share and HKD 0.35 per preference share.

According to the announcement, the increase in revenue was primarily due to a substantial rise in income from the group's large port machinery and power battery businesses. International market expansion efforts yielded significant results, leading to a major increase in international sales revenue. Furthermore, on July 22, 2024, the group completed the acquisition of a lithium energy business, which contributed a new source of revenue.
