Techtronic Industries Company Limited (TTI, HKEX: 00669) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 15 September 2026 confirming ongoing execution of its HK$-denominated share-repurchase mandate.

• Capital base unchanged so far: Issued shares stood at 1.83 billion as of both 14 and 15 September 2026, with no treasury shares outstanding.

• Latest market repurchase: On 15 September, TTI bought back 88,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$126.90 and HK$131.20, for a total consideration of HK$11.42 million. The volume-weighted average price was approximately HK$129.80 per share.

• Accumulated, un-cancelled buybacks: From 4 to 15 September the company repurchased 529,000 shares at an average cost range of HK$126.62–134.53 per share. These shares represent about 0.03% of TTI’s current issued share capital and are awaiting cancellation. Once cancelled, the issued share count will decline to roughly 1.83 billion shares.

• Mandate utilisation: Since shareholders approved the current repurchase mandate on 8 May 2026, TTI has acquired 3.74 million shares, equivalent to 0.205% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date. The authorisation permits buybacks of up to 182.98 million shares, leaving substantial headroom for further purchases.

• Post-repurchase restrictions: In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, TTI is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 15 October 2026.

The company affirmed that all repurchases were conducted within the parameters of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules and that no material changes have occurred to the repurchase explanatory statement dated 31 March 2026.
