Coliwoo Holdings Limited (W8W) announced on Jul, 14 2026 that it will open Coliwoo Resort Changi later this month, introducing what it describes as Singapore’s first resort-style co-living hotel.
The 380-room development is situated on a former state-owned holiday chalet site along Jalan Loyang Besar. Covering 380,866 sq ft of land with a gross floor area of 106,949 sq ft, it is the Group’s largest hospitality project by land area and its third-largest property by room count after Coliwoo Orchard and Coliwoo Boon Lay.
Coliwoo Resort Changi features a mix of living and commercial spaces, including an adult and children’s pool, jacuzzi, gym, outdoor sports court, co-working lounge, karaoke rooms, playground, event plazas, gardens, a community farming area, and on-site convenience and F&B outlets.
Sustainability measures include electric-vehicle charging stations, solar and rainwater-harvesting systems, food composting, energy-efficient lighting, Water Efficiency Labelling Scheme-certified fixtures, and upcycled timber elements retained from the original 40-year-old structures.
Located near Pasir Ris Park, Changi Airport and Changi Business Park, the property targets international students from Singapore University of Technology and Design, airline crew, leisure travellers and corporate professionals.
The project forms part of Coliwoo’s wider expansion into eastern Singapore, which also includes a planned hotel at 2 Changi Business Park Avenue 1 scheduled to open in the next financial year.
