Riverine China Holdings Limited announced a change in the composition of its Board’s Nomination Committee, effective 28 April 2026. Executive Director Ms. Wang Hui has been appointed to the committee, replacing Executive Director Mr. Fu Qichang.

The adjustment responds to the revised Corporate Governance Code in Appendix C1 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, which took effect on 1 July 2025. The company stated that the change aims to ensure continued compliance with the updated governance requirements.

Following the adjustment, Riverine China’s eight-member Board comprises four executive directors—Mr. Xiao Xingtao (Chairman), Mr. Fu Qichang, Mr. Xiao Yuqiao, and Ms. Wang Hui—one non-executive director, Mr. Zhang Yongjun, and three independent non-executive directors, Mr. Cheng Dong, Mr. Weng Guoqiang, and Mr. Shu Wa Tung Laurence.
