Guotai Junan International serves as the exclusive sponsor. The company had previously filed applications on May 9 and November 10, 2025. The prospectus indicates that Zhongding Intelligent is a mature provider of intelligent intra-plant logistics and warehouse automation solutions in China. Its core product is an intelligent intra-plant logistics solution, which integrates management software with equipment such as stackers, shuttle cars, conveyor lines, and robots to coordinate the handling and storage of goods within warehouses, factories, and production lines across various industry verticals.
