China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (06881) has announced the completion of issuing its 2025 twenty-sixth tranche of short-term commercial paper on 12 November 2025. The issuance, authorized under an amended shareholders’ general meeting resolution passed on 17 February 2025, aligns with a total allowed issuance not exceeding 350% of the company’s latest audited net assets.

The commercial paper has an issue size of RMB4 billion at a nominal value of RMB100 per unit, bearing a final coupon rate of 1.66% over a 215-day term. Proceeds from the issuance will be used to supplement the company’s working capital.
