Johnson Holdings (01955) announced that Dr. Xie Hui has resigned from his positions as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Lu Xuefang has resigned as a Non-Executive Director, effective February 20, 2026. Following the changes, Mr. Yan Jun, a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, while Ms. Yang Bing and Mr. Lin Peng have been appointed as Non-Executive Directors, also effective February 20, 2026. Dr. Xie Hui will no longer serve as an Authorized Representative, and Mr. Yan Jun will assume the role of Authorized Representative starting February 20, 2026.
