On 29 May 2026, China Electronics Optics Valley Union Holding Company Limited (CEOVU) confirmed that the English and Chinese versions of its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) circular are now available on both the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.ceovu.com).

Key points:

• Electronic posting of future corporate communications – In line with HKEX Listing Rule 2.07A and the expanded paperless listing regime effective 31 December 2023, CEOVU will distribute all subsequent corporate communications—ranging from annual and interim reports to meeting notices and circulars—exclusively in electronic form, unless holders request printed copies. – Non-registered shareholders must supply a functional email address to their relevant intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Ltd.) to receive email notifications when new documents are published.

• Printed copy opt-in mechanism – Investors wishing to receive hard copies can submit the enclosed reply form or email ovu.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and format preference. – Upon receipt of a valid request, CEOVU’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd., will dispatch printed materials free of charge.
