Montage Technology (ASX: 06809) has announced that, at its annual general meeting, Mr. Wang Zhicong was formally elected by shareholders as a non-executive director for the company's third board term.

His appointment is effective from June 24, 2026, and will last until the conclusion of the current board's term.

Following his appointment as a non-executive director, Mr. Wang will also join the board's Strategy and ESG Committee.

Concurrently with Mr. Wang's election taking effect, Dr. Wang Rui has retired and will no longer serve as a non-executive director or as a member of the board's Strategy and ESG Committee.
