Yunnan Water (06839) has announced changes to the composition of its board's Compliance and Risk Control Committee.

Mr. Zhou Beihai, an independent non-executive director, and Mr. Mo Wenyi, the former employee representative supervisor, are no longer serving as members of the committee. The changes took effect on August 11, 2026. The chairman of the committee and the composition of the other members remain unchanged.

Following these adjustments, the updated Compliance and Risk Control Committee now consists of: Mr. Zhong Wei (Chairman), Mr. Zheng Guangfeng, and Mr. Liao Chuanjiang.
