United Overseas Australia files FY2025 Corporate Governance Statement and Appendix 4G

United Overseas Australia Ltd (UOS) has lodged its Appendix 4G and Corporate Governance Statement for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025, fulfilling disclosure obligations under ASX Listing Rules 4.7.3 and 4.10.3.

The documents, approved by the board on Mar, 27 2025 and lodged with ASX on Mar, 30 2026, confirm that the company’s governance statement is current as of Mar, 27 2025. The statement outlines the extent of the company’s compliance with the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s Principles and Recommendations.
