Vico International Releases Updated Board Composition and Committee Assignments

Vico International Holdings Limited announced an updated list of directors and their respective roles, effective 5 August 2026.

The Board now comprises four executive directors and two independent non-executive directors. Executive director Mr. Hui Pui Sing serves as Chairman, while Mr. Hui Yip Ho Eric holds the position of Chief Executive Officer.
