Nayuki repurchases 0.79 million shares at HKD 0.75 average, trims free-float by 0.047%

On 24 July 2026, Nayuki Holdings Limited executed an on-market buyback of 792,000 ordinary shares, paying a volume-weighted average price of HKD 0.7474 per share. The transaction cost HKD 0.59 million, with repurchase prices ranging between HKD 0.73 and HKD 0.76.

Following the buyback, Nayuki’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined from 1.69 billion to 1.68 billion, a marginal reduction of 0.047%. Treasury shares increased to 23.27 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 1.71 billion.

The purchase forms part of the share repurchase mandate approved on 24 June 2026, which authorises Nayuki to repurchase up to 169.84 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 14.12 million shares, equivalent to 0.83% of the company’s outstanding shares on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Nayuki is subject to a moratorium prohibiting new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 23 August 2026.
